THe process
Three steps from the first conversation to a finished space. Nothing gets built until it's approved. Nothing gets approved until it's understood.

We start with a site visit; no charge, no pitch. We walk the space, take measurements, and talk through what you're building and what it needs to do. By the end of that conversation, we will both know if it's the right fit.

We produce detailed shop drawings for every component. You review and approve everything before a single board gets cut. Materials, finishes, and hardware are all confirmed at this stage — no surprises at install.

We build in-house where it counts and partner with trusted tradespeople where it makes sense — one point of contact from first cut to finished space. We coordinate everything: delivery, install, and a final walkthrough with you

CONAN HEAD, FOUNDER
Conan Head has been building custom millwork, scenic environments, and architectural finishes for over 15 years. He served as on-staff Scenic Designer for Gateway Church in Southlake, designing and fabricating work that performed in front of thousands, week after week. He built high-end residential projects in California and has delivered custom fabrication including cut letters, signage, props, and themed environments across the country.
He founded Headway on one idea: move forward where others cannot. That means taking on the projects other shops won't quote, holding the tolerances others can't hit, and treating every client's vision like it matters, because it does.
Texas born, Louisiana raised. He and his wife Sarah live in Austin with their kids and a small farm's worth of animals.
